At just 18, Hadlie Jo is proving that age is merely a number as she emerges as one of country music’s most authentic and exciting new voices. Hailing from Texas and a recent graduate from South Plains College, the rising singer-songwriter has already carved out a reputation for heartfelt, unfiltered storytelling. She earned a degree in Commercial Music with a vocal major at the alma mater of Natalie Maines and other notable artists.

A gifted multi-instrumentalist, Hadlie Jo is equally at home on guitar, piano, mandolin, banjo, and fiddle. She’s has graced the stage of the Grand Ole Opry not once, but twice, as a special guest of songwriting legend Beth Nielsen Chapman, an honor for any artist, let alone one still in her teens.

Though she lives with a health condition that requires the assistance of her devoted service dog, Lucy, Hadlie Jo refuses to let adversity define her. Her music is honest, heartfelt, and deeply relatable, reflecting both her resilience and unwavering optimism. As she puts it, “Everybody has a story. I’m singing mine.”

Hadlie Jo has recently made her debut at the legendary Bluebird Café and shared the stage with Nashville’s beloved Song Suffragettes at The Listening Room Café. With a string of new singles on the way and a new EP slated for release in 2026, Hadlie Jo’s story is just beginning and it’s one worth listening to.
