Matt McKinney:

Born in Augusta, Georgia, singer-songwriter Matt McKinney was surrounded by music at a young age. Having gospel-inspiring parents, siblings in black metal and punk groups, and hearing the sounds of a choir every Sunday, after graduating from the University of Georgia, McKinney headed to Nashville where his career in country music officially began.

Landing a publishing deal at Sony music publishing Nashville, McKinney collaborated in the song-creation(s) for artists such as Elle King, Jordan Davis, Tim McGraw, Jon Pardi, Jimmie Allen, Ella Langley, Jordan and 2X platinum single with Trey Lewis.

Mae Estes:

Mae Estes, a Hope, Arkansas native, started singing at age 7 in a rodeo arena and hasn't stopped since. After nearly a decade in Nashville, she began releasing music in 2019 and signed her first publishing deal in 2020. With over 10 million streams and a rapidly growing fan base, Estes released her debut EP, “Before the Record,” in 2023. That same year, she signed with Big Machine Records and other major agencies, while also being honored as Arkansas CMA Female Vocalist of the Year for the third consecutive time. In 2024, Estes joins Jackson Dean on tour and looks forward to releasing new music.

Trannie Anderson:

A product of Waco, Texas, Trannie Anderson has a knack for painting poetic portraits of small town living set to dynamic, heartfelt melodies in a fresh yet timeless way. The ability to artfully walk the line of deeply authentic story telling in a universal fashion has made her a key collaborator for many artists. She signed a co-publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing in 2018 and since then has had songs recorded by artists such as Lainey Wilson (Heart Like a Truck, Live Off, Road Runner), Dan + Shay, Gabby Barrett, Nate Smith, Meghan Trainor, Pentatonix, Reba McEntire, Lauren Alaina, Tenille Arts, and others. She has also had songs placed in ads/tv shows with T-Mobile, Dodge Ram, Tractor Supply, Marshall’s, CW’s Riverdale, Netflix’s Maid, Fox’s Proven Innocent, American Ninja Warrior, American Idol, Fox Sports, and Lifetime.
